Got a 2 in Common Review is it time to apply elsewhere? How long do I have realistically?

My whole team got 2.5 last year except the people in California. They all got 1.5.

At some point we will all be replaced by 10 inexperienced people in the Philippines or India.

It's inevitable.

Be careful here. If you have a 2, you're most likely a,CAP candidate and you get released without severance.... start looking immediately and good luck.

Don’t quit without having a new job. If you get laid off or fired (in some states, mn pays) you can collect unemployment and if laid off you get severance. Don’t quit wo a new job no matter how mean they are. Remember you won’t improve so who cares. Look after your own well being!

Run as fast as you can. As others mentioned, it's your marching order to seriously start looking for a new opportunity.

2 overall means death row. Dont take it personally they had to sc--w over someone unfortunately it was you. Most likely has nothing to do with performance. Max life expectancy is the Q2 purge. Start looking elsewhere. It may be the push you needed to go find something better elsewhere. Good luck

Yes start looking, I got a 2 and then got laid off. I did receive severance though.

Yes and who knows. Don't take it personally, lot of push for lower ratings/lower head count/offshoring/automation.
