Not just this group. Title inflation is the main reason for discontent in the company. Add to that the DEI claiming incompetent promos, you have the brain drain.

The guys with higher titles just don't know how they are perceived in meetings with their peers outside of PTE. I always get a big deep belly chuckle going and have to go on mute.
