Notified today our office outside of philly is negotiating an early exit on our lease. I am not relocating to jersey so need to start looking asap.
A RIF is a Reduction In Force which means your position is eliminated. Fiserv employs this. A layoff means bad times for the company but we can potentially hire you back at a later date. Typically used by the government. Sometimes like during Covid it was used, especially by the airlines or hospitality industry.
Sorry to hear but they should get rid of Sapience and the entire staff, useless cr-p, should be illegal.

No RIF for this month… but March will be a massacre for sure
anyone who didn't get meets was let go there were still a few they were told during their review meeting good bye dead weight hire some talent and make fiserv great again
