The mystery bidders are suss otherwise all the law firms advising would’ve at least made Shari give them a courtesy listen. Paramount set up rules for those looking to top Skydance and the mystery bidders didn’t follow the rules. Thats all you need to explain away why Shari ignored them. It doesn’t matter if they offered more money after the bidding window closed.
Looks more like the judge is going to block the Skydance Merger. Hopefully this will keep the know-it-all in his lane for a while and the amateur hour boy will learn his lesson to stop spewing hot air like some Kind of Nostradamus

It’s 1.5B left we already saved 500M in the last round and it counted. That being said cuts are coming along with other cost cutting.

That's what mergers are all about. PARA now looking ton save $2 Billion - that's not going to happen BEFORE the merger - it has to happen WITH a merger. Somebody name a CBS merger OR split that DIDN'T involve layoffs..
