No, expand it LL6 and LL5 retires. This is the case in most Ford locations outside of North America.
It is a good money maker for Ford.
Looking forward to the announcement to expand. I’ll get a Branco and mustang E.

I agree. Legacy employees are what put Ford at a disadvantage today and should be paying their fair share if the want to continue to drive a new Ford product.
This will save big expenses involved with administering this costly program. It will also result in increased Ford sales when the retirees purchase their Ford.
Good idea about LL4 and above to eliminate retiree lease vehicles - should be suggested, however, individuals in HR who are LL4 and higher will never let it happen due to personal retiree benefit.

I have to say most responses and post are just garbage like the first response to this post. But I do really like the idea of canning the free lease for life cars. Ford doesn’t seem to have an issue reducing the retiree health care money maybe they could take more from those who have way more.

Layoff anyone who have been worki g from home during the past month to the past 3 years.
Reduce management employees by 30%.
Reduce GSR level by 25%
Reduce hourly workers by 25%.
Layoff anyone who are working remotely.
Eliminate anyone who are working in the department of DEI.
Cut spending for any unnecessary travel overseas and domestic.
No more OT unless you are assigned to specific tasks to complete at specific deadline.
