How do we get rid of DEI? I fear we are stuck with it as too many have already risen thanks to it and the rot is too deep in the ruling executive class

We’ll be taking 10% more work on in Bengaluru, I do not know what that translates to in American jobs, but we were all asked to recommend more potential new hires locally. It is exciting times for us, positive growth.

DEI isn't the biggest issue, that's offshoring to the lowest bidder. You should actually be far more concerned about that if you're an employee in the West.
