Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

This page has been compromised

A relatively senior associate (SVP) mentioned the existence of this site in a meeting yesterday.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that it’s all of a sudden been flooded with blatant misinformation and spam.

They’re trying to poison the well.

I worked at JPMC back when they started tearing down the high-walled cubes and replacing them with so-called "high-efficiency workstations". Management gave us the expected "collaboration" rah-rah talk. We all nodded and the proceeded to converse with or ask questions of our teammates by chat software - teammates who sat literally five feet away in an open corral. So much collaboration!

I am truly glad both places are in my rear-view mirror.

@as+1jm277pak It takes a lot to be fired at Meta. They don't fire based on a-s in chair. They give stock bonus and generous RSU to all engineers. They don't rip their employees of for food. They have benefits. They give 6 months to 1 year of severance. Way different company. Fiserv is no comparison to how employees are treated. Same as most banks like even JPM is heaven vs Fiserv. They give 60+ day notice for rto changes. Just keep dreaming that these reputable companies are comparable for employees.

RTO is pointless. Saw a manager yesterday on a Teams Call with one of their direct reports that sits right behind them.

There is no collaboration. The culture is horrible. The systems/infrastructure is horrible. No resources, no fair raises, or no opportunities.

FB gutted this company, complete failure

Arrogance is thinking you’re smarter than leadership but shocked to learn a popular business gripe website is well-known among leadership.

Jamie dimon announced a full RTO in March too. No doubt a core concern for frank'n'beans wanting to do the same. JPM folks are just as unhappy about the RTO, badge reports, and excessive monitoring as we are here.

I agree that it has been comprised. There are honest posts with important information. Then soon after a meaningful post, a rash of obviously fake ones fill the site. I think this is hide the truthful ones behind a group of gibberish. It’s hoping people will stop looking after a few of the fake ones and never see the real, important ones.

Agree. The page is nothing but rumors, gaslighting or baiting each other into petty arguments.

In a related note Frank has a competitor:

Laid-off Meta employees blast Zuckerberg for running the ‘cruelest tech company out there’ as some claim they were blindsided after parental leave.

No doubt a hold your beer moment for Fiserv leadership.

Why would they be misinforming about 10-15% increase in pay?

Frank even mentioned it in a town hall last year
