They have been laying off since January. However there are move to come in Europe I believe, partly due to regulations and such. I heard it will continue into April.
So you think it is already over!?

Ahh If revenue is down 5% YoY then its only logical to reduce the size of the organization by 5% :)
But on a serious note I think most of the layoffs are already over.
