My bonus was great

I don't understand all the whining here. People seem so entitled wow. Not happy to just have a nice office and car to drive to it and get paid.

We were actually told you all did such great work and accomplished so much in spite of being so short staffed… “now we know you can do it”. So don’t hold your breath they will actually hire in 2025 and it won’t be in Omaha.

Fiserv is trash, let us count the ways

  • 9 hours a day, no flexibility
  • 5 days a week, no flexibility
  • Sapience monitoring our every move, but we are in office to collaborate, make sure you keep moving that mouse and typing while you collaborate with your colleagues, most of which are not in your office location anyway so get back on teams
  • Parking lot disaster in BH, better get there by 755 if you want a spot or take the shuttle. Also watch out for everyone backing into spots for no reason

Getting a bonus is good, but it's less than last year even though profits are up which feels like a slap in the face.

A little cash with some vested stock is great, but with the fears of layoffs and everything else, the vested stock doesn't feel all that significant. I don't know if I'm still going to be here 2 years from now.

now we have many many HR people coming in here with these fake posts to try and make things look normal when they absolutely are not.

it’s like the fake Glassdoor posts.

what’s sad is that the company actively monitors this site and instead of doing anything to try and help resolve the myriad of problems they resort to this BS
