I got a 3 and 1% merit increase. So glad I work for this company making record profits.

Maybe responders should put where they are sitting? Somebody above said 8%. We here in the US don't get graded that high. It'll be interesting to see how the offshore staff fare versus domestic staff.

Anyone else not get a review yet? Our supervisor hasn't even mentioned it or scheduled the meetings. I've been here 12 years and it's never been like this. They always talked about upcoming reviews. They didn't even ask for our input this year. Fearing the worst....

merit max 2%. with sometimes making it up in the RRP being funded has been the formula for over a decade back to the old Ingenix branding days prior to Optum. Quarterly purge been the same. Pay only goes to shareholders so buy UNH if you want to get in on the largess. That is the laws of this jungle there are other places if it su-ks soo bad and you are sooo good.

the usual 4 rating. 1% merit. RRP funded at 98% of potential which equates to 7.5% bonus. merit has never exceed 2% and never will that just Optum same as it ever was. Optum always does the one shot bonus to keep recurring costs down. Got shuffled to a new team and manger as well which happens a lot c'est la vie

I received enough to be able to take the family out once a week. Unfortunately we just pull into the beach parking lot to watch the homeless and the sunset. I only got enough to pay the meter for an hour and give two tooth Tommy a buck.
