The article referred to Altice as “once a beacon of connectivity.” I think they are perhaps confusing Altice with the Cable Vision and Suddenlink days. I have been here since Altice took over day to day operations of the Suddenlink markets in late 2015 and I have yet to see anything from Altice that you could call a beacon of connectivity.
