Why all the hate? You know Paul loves you, don’t you? He never misses an opportunity to tell you how much he appreciates you. Doesn’t that count for something?
RJ had a DOE for over a decade now. Whenever the market corrects they announce layoffs to "deal with market uncertainty" (regardless of profits/earnings). And like Elon and DOGE they won't pay attention to who is good/valuable, they'll just look at your salary/vacation/benefits and axe you.
Now ask yourself how you feel about the current state of the markets with the tariff uncertainty? What do you think RJ's upper mgmt is thinking right now?
I hate this company. I hope they axe me (and soon), otherwise I have to wait till EOY to retire (counting the days).
one of the biggest issues with this sh-t show of a company is the anger the branch emploees have for the back office.
