Be prepared to be underwhelmed and disappointed. The worst part is that management lied to me and thought I would be d-mb enough to believe them. The only motivation they gave me was to find another job. They can save the lipstick on a pig for someone else. I’m so disappointed in TD. It used to be a good company to work for.

$100,000 bonus for LT hiring two diversity hires or other freaks? The board and the LT need to be canned.

All pay increases will be pushed back until Q3 again and don't expect much more than 3%. RSU's at 100% of last year for the ELT with only a 23% pay rise for the ELT to base salary. Special incentive bonus of 100k to the ELT who hire at least 2 DEI hires in their team this year.

We've all got to do the heavy lifting when it comes to pay and conditions.

How could they possibly give bonuses after that dismal performance?

Yeah but take seriously what he added… some communications that I’ve seen suggest that there will be a lot of reduced payouts to accommodate for promotions as virtually no additional budget was given to any level management team.
