First of all, I'm so sorry for anyone who lost their position. I was laid off in the first round in October 2023. Yes, I still come around here seeing what's going on.

There are no words that can help the hurt and panic that comes with being without a job, but I can tell you that all of the folks who were let go with me that still in touch have moved on to better things. File your unemployment claim immediately, even if you're getting severance.

For those still there, I know what it's like to need a check, but seriously, try to get out. It's now been almost a year and a half and it doesn't seem like things are evening out at all.

Leave, leave, leave. Let them pay you to search for a job and GTFO. They've showed time and time again they do not care about you. Trust your gut on this and get out of the burning building before it burns you.

Curious if joint commission is aware - surely it impacts nurse compliance

everything will be outsourced because contractors overseas can hire 10x with the salary of 1 onshore personnel...it is coming and will come even faster to manage investors money in order to stay profitable

If D.O.G.E hit Medical Solutions then all the DEIB bullsh-t would start disappearing. Instead, Medical Solutions is doubling down on initiatives that majority of the company gives two sh--s about. Thanks Rebecca and Co. for wasting more time, money and assets!

There are no words to express when seeing a whole team(s) just wiped out.

If you're still with the company this is your sign to leave. Now with no audit - credentialing is sc--wed. Each department keeps getting worse and worse and less people by the day. Value yourself and make the move to another job. The amount of peace you find after leaving is undescribable.

To the team(s) that were let go... Things do get better. It may not seem like it right in this moment, but it does. Sending much love, patience, and new adventures your way. It's truly a blessing in disguise. You'll find a new place you're valued and finally be at peace again without being in fight or flight mode that everyone has been in for the past near 2 years.

Let’s all just go on strike at this point

Terrible organization run by unethical people. I hope Rebecca and Co. enjoy their bullsh-t “Circle of Champions” vacation while employees struggle to pay the bills for their families and look for new jobs!

What would happen if everyone in credentialing just...didn't show up one day?

For anyone just laid off just know that the people here are not being silent anymore about their anger and resentment! The chat is going wild. Letting you all go was the 13th reason. Gloves are off now. Your departure will not be in vain. This doesn’t help you, I know. But do know, it wasn’t taken lightly.

13 or more let go, they just removed the whole team. Onboarding is NOT happy. They are all speaking up in a department meeting chat.
