11 cent raises, off ONE weekend a month which is BS, computer generated scr$w you schedule. Whats so hard about a set schedule? So... no time for family, no way to work a second job if someone needed. So they have you by the dangling bits.

Start calling them KEYHOLDERS. The term 'manager' is used rather loosely in this company
Give managers the bare minimum. In fact force them to work. They are paid all that money to carry KEYS. what else do they actually do?
