My hunch? If nothing happens in the next few weeks, it won't happen until early 2023. Zuck and co are incompetent, but I doubt they would be mean enough to axe people over the holiday season.

Yes emails will start going out tomorrow, it will read like:
"Team as you have seen our latest earnings, our business is facing some significant headwinds for the foreseeable future. As result we have to rebalance our investments to match the current economic landscape of the time. Therefore we have decided..... blahblah blah, your are fired!"

It will start 27th. Zuck will report a bad Q on the 26th and to soften the blow to investors he will throw them a bone (restructuring plan).
