Oh wow, the VPN went down again yesterday—right when people were trying to work remotely. Incredible. After all the money we threw at ICS and J2C, you’d think we could at least count on our resources to function when it actually matters. But apparently, that’s just too much to ask. And yet, we’re supposed to believe they can handle moving everything to the cloud when they can’t even keep the basic infrastructure running? What a joke. Exactly where our AIP money is getting wasted.

Amazes me how much ignorant people can be!
Unfortunately ICS team and leadership have earned such a poor reputation that whenever something goes wrong, people immediately blame their incompetence, regardless of whether they're actually responsible.
So unless DG does some major changes this is the way it’ll be.
Why don't you read what happened to caused VPN to go down, I'll give you a hint had nothing to do with ICS. Clown.
