Why can't they do all the layoffs at once? Why do we have to spend months stressed out, wondering if they’ve hit that five percent yet or not? It's inhumane to do this to us.

They need us to complete the yearend activities, so I believe a lot of layoffs will be announced in June-October time. At the moment I am aware of less than 30% employees for layoffs from total number of ‘layoffs’ in my country, so in my opinion, unfortunately, layoffs will be on going process for at least 1 year.
Yes, No comunication whatsoever. Atleast they should announce which roles are at risk in all countries.
We're in the same boat. I have enough trouble in private life - work felt like a safe place so far. Now I don't know which place is worse.... Work-life balance bit***s
