None are debating FAANG vs Dell offer that's for sure.
I think dell is scooping up 3rd string leftover grads. And even then they hopefully aspire to reach higher than dell.
Dell is desperately trying to get younger. They want to replace existing employees who have been through the ringer, covid, etc with green peas fresh out of college who don't know any better and will be naive followers, and at a much reduced salary of course.
