Waters will introduce buy backs for one reason only,increase execs compensation packages.
Flat revs @ $2.9B over 4 years with a very high P/E and no dividend or stock buy backs makes $550 unlikely unless a buy back is announced. Maybe some stuffing of the stockings on the way out at the cost of Q1?
