Has anyone heard that they may offer an option for people to leave for a severance package, as opposed to just being laid off? I wonder how much severance they really offer…either way.

I heard that. The “buyout” would be a voluntary layoff - the severance package would be the same as a layoff. Severance policy can be found on Sparq.
