Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Going nowhere fast

Layoffs are hitting hard, communication between teams has completely fallen apart, and collaboration is practically nonexistent. There’s no vision, no strategy. All there is is a desperate scramble to save money. It feels like we’re stuck in a loop with no real plan to move forward. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover it.

"Even People who are important, get involved to build new Cargill, got time to follow this portal, not only that, they get tired by doing so.." - speaks lot about what is happening..

Below was likely written by one of the LT members :-)

“If you don’t know the plan going forward, it’s because you’re not important enough to give input for it. Tired of seeing these posts likely made by the same 5-7 people that obviously don’t have enough work to do.”

So much for the "no production workers will be impacted" message.

Wow, closing the Hazelton chocolate factory. I thought they were investing in new lines there although that might have been one of the other CCNA facilities.
