The morale has been absolute terrible since the layoffs last week. Cant seem to get any response from anyone. Do you feel the same?

Assuming that we don't lose more big customers, and we get closer to KKR's goal of ~3000 employees by the end of the year, then Omnissa will reach their quarterly profit goals and morale may improve. Meanwhile, KKR will recruit replacement executives. If you decide to stay, don't give up hope of a recovery in 2025.
From our leadership team downward, everyone is waiting for KKR's next move. Nobody is safe from the KKR cost-cutting actions. It's not just our employees who have lost hope of a turnaround, my customers have no faith in our ability to support their needs.
