Other than nagging, there aren’t consequence for anything. Company culture suffered because no one has to act like a professional.
I wish management did something other than put names on a made up list.

Management doesn’t really do anything ever. I’m pretty sure my manager is hiding most of the day. Managers are usually at their desks for some portion of the day. Mine is always gone and just says she has a lot of meetings. She’s really not in secret meetings so she’s just hiding all day. I wonder if she works when she’s at home.
That’s really polite. The way your comment is written, it looks like manager could know what’s going on within their team.
Managers / Chapter leaders are biggest liars in this firm.
Most of them have no clue what's happening in different teams.
The only real "talent" they have is scrutinizing quality employees for not spending enough time in the office.
