Expect a flattening of the complex management structure in order to speed up decision making, limit bureaucracy and streamline the organizations.

This specifically means M1S3, VP and Sr. Director fiefdoms.

It is well known where work is really accomplished, and where it is not. Especially in those areas where Sr Leadership is a revolving door of constant churn, and leaders that seem to change yearly.

This signals those positions have little impact and are purely ceremonial; and thus have little value to bottom-line.

Have also heard something similar from a reputable source.

Would make sense as they’re reducing people management for anyone under M2 who has 3 or less direct reports.

The best thing is to let it go and stop speculating about what will happen if I’m honest. In reality nobody knows and in the end everyone’s going to be fine one way or the other. I guess that might be an unpopular opinion around here but hey, it needs to be said. And as the old saying goes, never let a good crisis go to waste, for those in scope this could be an opportunity to reinvent themselves and new beginnings. You got this.
