Do they give out to both terminated (fired) and laid off people?

Search it on the company website. They have a chart of years and payout. Fired you can still collect unemployment in mn. Severance you can collect unemployment also. Layoff equates to severance. Firing equates to unemployment only. Don’t quit without a new job or you won’t get unemployment. Watch out for yourself! If you are a 2 you still maybe offered severance that’s why the layoffs are projected. If you’re already a 2 you just have to be prepared to take all their criticism and wait for the layoffs or termination. Even if your work is stellar they won’t admit it. They’ll say it wasn’t before. Just coast with your quiet quitting by not or just performing. It doesn’t matter you probably won’t succeed. Hang in there for your best interests! You can do it! Make them pay and do their work!
