Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Dell Leaders Create Leaders

I am weary from working under so-called leaders who have consistently let me down, failed to demonstrate genuine growth throughout their extensive careers, and have been preoccupied with misplaced priorities at Dell. Please forgive me if I sound rude, but the inability to engage in constructive feedback or, God forbid, criticism has worn me down over the years. The silent head nods, which are supposed to indicate they're listening to feedback, are about as genuine as a politician's promise during election season. I've also dealt with intentional deceit from directors who emphasize trust and teamwork...until you turn your back.

I say, for these folks, let the heads roll. Those in their glass towers, with their false sense of security, easily forget the consequences of being dismissive or wronging others. But the universe doesn’t—it always finds a way to even things out.

“Signs Of Social Media Addiction:”

Sounds like a disgruntled “leader” posting. And a little narcissistic tbh

MZ's little speech to rally the troops in the clubhouse was extremely underwhelming. How / Why does this clown keep advancing up the chain? Those in DTS know what I'm talking about.

My favorite experience Dell leadership team memory is their transformation of an amazing finance organization that previously shaped world class cash flow, cost management, and decades of growth. They butchered it down to hassling sales for SFDC pipeline deal updates. Not helping a customer, not helping sales close a deal ....just constantly worrying over the pipeline and trying to "pull in" deals to hit an arbitrary week cutoff. Yeah.

I know everyone is stressed out, freaked out, etc. - but I'll say not every mgr/dir/etc is horrible. mine rocks and is being forced to make decisions they don't want to make.

The ONLY thing my manager inspires is people to find a new place to work. He’s gone through SO many reps in the last 12 months. Total lazy nightmare.
