The amount of 2's given out this year will probably be higher than recent years. Don't forget to fill out your anonymous survey and answer honestly as they appreciate your honest feedback and truly care. If you do get a 2, start searching immediately. I don't know of anyone that survived being placed on a CAP before, but in the current climate at UHG its just justification to show you the door.

Yeah want to let you know there’s nothing anonymous about filling out your employee form about management. They got your name they got your number so if you think you’re anonymous and you want to tell them really how you feel don’t do it if you want to stay in your job, they use these fake things to weed people out and get rid of them. For years, I ignored filling those out and every year somebody would approach me and say have you filled out your thing yet have you filled out your form yet? Have you filled out your vital signs? Have you filled out your anonymous thing they would approach me about it whereas other people that had filled it out were not getting approached so I knew that they knew who was saying what! Sad but true guys! There’s nothing anonymous anymore
They dont have to do anything. Some years I figured out what i got looking at the check on 28th then the check in march. I actually prefer it that way no awkward conversation. I get new manager every 12 - 18 mos its just a popularity contest
Surveys are a joke!!! They are not anonymous at all. Management does not take the results seriously at all.
The surveys are not anonymous. They will make you suffer for honest feedback.
As a manager or director you can usually guess who marked you down. Usually people don’t even fill them out anymore. They have to bribe with free PTO days.
The percentage of 1/2/3/4/5 is the same as prior years. The surveys are entirely anonymous unless you include comments that suggest who you are. Another 30+ leadership meeting in operations today so not sure if an announcement is coming by Friday afternoon.
I got a 5 and then a layoff after a nearly 20 year career with this “company.”
Good luck but expect zero. “its not about you - your performance is great - it’s just our business needs” sayeth the layoff manager.
Be careful on what you say on the survey. It is not 100% anonymous.
