Anyone with experience successfully filing Internal Dispute Review (IDR) ?

Who actually completes Internal Dispute Review??? What if the direct manager files one against a higher/senior manager? Direct manger DID NOT agree on senior manager’s push to change rating from 3 to 2.
Don’t bother, they don’t give AF about you. There is no meritocracy at this place they are mediocre middle managers who play favorites and rank you accordingly. If you got less than 4, they don’t care about you, if you got 2s they are trying to get you to leave or they will get rid of you. So put your energy into polishing the CV and job hunting, quiet quit and focus on your next job!
What are the benefits? Are they usually successful? Specially if the rating was unexpected.
If you received a "2" you can go through that process. It's worth trying as your manager has to have a LOT of documentation to back your rating up.
