What's happening with the "needs improvement" rating? Is there an improvement plan in place, and is the manager following it daily? As one of the impacted individuals, the manager follows up with me almost daily.

During the re org I was on personal leave for a number of months and was not on site for transition. My team hit all metrics. I received the lowest rating as my new leader did not know me so much I assume.

Not good. I got needs improvement
I was indicated that it’s 5% need to be marked at minimum and I have marked 2 as. In my org we are 5 team leaders. I preformed very well. my group leader did not favour me so I was put to the block
I can confirm from other amigo group leader that regardless if less of 20 one person needs to be marked needs improvement and group leader has the responsibility say in the matters. I will leave PayPal as soon as I can as cheating leaders

I don't get the individual bonus percentage breakdown.
Is it like top 10% is high individual performance? or are there any set allocations?

For the ‘needs improvement’ is that 0% on all invested stock you have or just on new stock awards ?

0% stock and 25% Individual performance bonus for unfaired and biased review comment of 'Needs Improvement'
