supply chain seems to have little inpactcin EU. Rumors it will move to Bulgaria in next wave. Same for customer service.

Indeed, besides the wording its logical if you want to reduce COGS, that you will reduce the spend on transactional work.
Also if there is no to limited impact in the different BU's at the moment, it makes sense another bottom up approach will follow
Moving to Bulgaria and outsourcing are not the same thing. They can fire in one country and rehire in Bulgaria.
Well, we had a town hall last week and someone asked if Cargill was planning any outsourcing. The answer was a resounding NO.
