That means you are over hiring. Outsourcing is not okay. If a company does these things they should be responsible and pay their employees they mislead a severance. How can management live with themselves. Shame on the people management who say quit! They mislead and lied to their employees! This is not how to run a company. Stockholders should be looking into it along with the government on exactly why the healthcare industry including RX is over priced. Shame on your ethics values!

Learn about acquisitions or take a college level business course. BTW when you are compensated with millions in stock, who do you think the stockholders are? America is on a fast track to 20% unemployment and a societal collapse. Boomers failed us.
