The Omnissa employee feedback from recent events at the company is now crystal clear. Our executive leadership has failed to produce a credible game plan to fix the numerous business challenges. We have no confidence in them. Planning more headcount cuts to isn't going to result in progress. New leadership with strategic business acumen and proven turnaround skills are required.

"lol dude KKR is seeing a reduction in opex and some form of revenue growth."
Not true. Revenue continues to decline, nothing has changed. Headcount cuts must continue beyond KKR's original estimate of what was required to make our now independent BU profitable. They can't unload Omnissa to another vendor in its current state.
lol dude KKR is seeing a reduction in opex and some form of revenue growth. They only care about making the company a bit more valuable that what they paid for it. As long as the company makes money and continues to cut costs, then leadership is doing exactly what they want.
"If you think someone from KKR will step in tomorrow and rescue you. Just move on."
The KKR investors that provided funds for this acquisition will need a rescue very soon. In the absence of qualified leadership, Omnissa's achieving profitability is surely at risk.
How many "second chances" do Shankar and his direct reports get from KKR before it's enough? The value of KKR's initial investment is declining rapidly. What is plan B?
Unfortunately KKR isn’t running on your schedule or level of your urgency. As far as they are concerned it’s not even an year, and that’s the minimum they would set aside for operations to settle and start as a spinoff, while at it the game is to clean up the house, as of now the once in charge are Shankar and his directors.

Unfortunately KKR are only the empty vassal of black rock and vanguard. In other words, what the spent on omnissa would not even cause a ripple to them when the company sinks. The great didn't earn it experiment will march on.
