Keeping it simple.
Step 1. Enforce RTO 5 days a week for anyone within 1 hour from office.
Step 2. Close multiple offices
Step 3. Enforce RTO for wider portion of Dell employees (now further away from offices due to office closures)
Step 4. Layoff (without severance) employees who do not comply.
Step 5. Count cash from office closure cost avoidance and reduced head count without severance.

They closed multiple us satellite sites last year. I live in a metro area that had one. It’s gone now.
I wish we were going to close MD’s mouth. That would be nice.
