On February 4, 2025, Altice USA’s Board of Directors approved significant salary increases for CEO Dennis Mathew and CFO Marc Sirota. Effective January 1, 2025, Mathew’s salary will be $1,550,000 with additional incentives, while Sirota will receive a base salary of $650,000 and a target cash incentive award at 150% of his salary.

Altice Sr. leadership is one of the few positions on earth where you are greatly rewarded for being a total fu@k up. These fu@kers couldn’t successfully manage a taco stand.
CEO and CFO are being rewarded for keeping the majority shareholder and his friends out of jail. They are also being compensated with cash because the equity is wiped out. They will most likely have to carry the company through a bankruptcy.
And yet they’ll scream that the business needs to work harder to hit targets and do more with less. But we somehow had enough money for this.
