Immediate management is so passive aggressive with how they word things that you are to do....then alot of it is just vague enough so you really dont have a firm grasp of it all so if you fk up something they can say that they told you to do so, but only if you squint really hard and see it their backwards way.
People making decisions on what apps the business will use is also completely fkd. Invest all this time and money into one thing and then take almost all the work away from that and go in a completely
different direction leaving the original team
that handles the first app wondering on their future viability and worth.
They are all 100% doing this s**t on purpose too so that it drives people to quit. Between all that and the RTO mess, your tell dell voice this year should be 1's across the board.
