I’ve recently been bombarded by recruiters reach out about Schwab roles. Came over here and seeing heavy activity on lay-off website. lol What’s the deal?

They let go remote workers and hired older people for less salaries. Talk about low balling. They don't care about loyalty.

What an awful company anymore to drive hours to come in to sit in the cafeteria or outside because you don’t wanna be bothered by anyone because coming into an office where there’s no promotions, morale is low commute is hard and no growth. All favoritism and lack of communication or training anymore to better your skills is gone.

We are hiring often for the same roles we booted. Many roles are one level below what they were before with a salary reduction. I was told that we want to continue the title game and suggest that promotion after six to eighteen months is the best we can offer.
