Corporate is blaming the stores for low sales. Their reasoning is the end caps and side panels aren't set to plan o gram. We're setting them to plan o gram with what we have. Lots of empty spaces. Taking pictures and sending them to DM. Ever since the ordering was taken from the stores sales went down. Trying to figure out if snowflakes or wokes are running the company. Most stores are running on less than a skeleton crew. Nero plays while Rome burns...
Understood. But the question was about the "plummeting" sales in the stores an earlier post in this thread referred to.
This thread is about a US court ordering Walgreens to pay a billion dollars for a serious legal violation. It is a fact. Not fiction.

Why are you so obsessed with how someone knows a certain piece of information??!! This site is to share what people know. You want to cover up information from coming out?? If you want to ask such questions, first ask management why Walgreens was fined $1Billion this week and who was disciplined for this big loss. Share what you find out here.

Sales in the stores are plummeting so far this year. The numbers don't lie. Crickets from the CEO....now why would that be? What do you do every day?
Our stick is trending downward, accordingly. I cannot help but laugh (while also simultaneously stressing about losing my job).
How about be ethical, do things right. Then no lawsuits would be lost or at least most and then save all that money and pay their help and they still would save money overall. But the corrupters would rather pay BILLIONS in lawsuits with all the bad press than PAY their workers livable wages.
Imagine how much of the money Walgreens pays out in lawsuits could have gone toward employee compensation and/or investment in the business. What a waste.
This company is a certified JOKE. I'm sure more layoffs will happen.

A billion dollars lost. Walgreens violated a federal false advertising law. Shareholders and regular employees will suffer this billion dollar loss. It is the leadership that oversaw this violation who should be held financially accountable. But they will walk away with fat paychecks.
Gosh, nearly 1 billion dollars, gone, just like that. Wow.
