Internal Mobility to a Previous Team

Hi,
I'm in the Grad analyst program of 2 years in 2 teams and I would like to move to my previous team before I graduate from the program, since my current team is sh---y. Does anyone know if it is possible to do that?

Don’t look back, either take the chance for new or look outside citi

It's true that going back is almost never the same. Also, I'm pretty sure they want you to have three distinct experiences in the program so probably your request would not likely be supported. After your third year you could probably try to get a spot on that team, but they need to have an open req.

You are better off trying a new team once your analyst program begins interviews or contacting old team. Going back is never the same. Things change and what you thought was once a good team is a thing of the past.

I done it and regret but it was my only option at the time. Try new, don’t look back to the past thinking it will be the same.

If you are in the tech, crunch out leetcode questions again before going for internal interviews
