Thread regarding Intuit Inc. layoffs

Performance ratings — layoffs?

Multiple people I’ve talked to have gotten “Does not meet expectations” mid year rating out of the blue. Anyone else experiencing this? Same thing happened to my team members last year, who were then laid off.

Yes, this is the coward’s way of shedding staff. They will “gather feedback” filtered for only negative and vague impressions so that you cannot identify any concrete improvements before a PIP and DNME and a separation.

Just focus on moving on. Intuit is a terrible company anyway.

The phrase "Does not meet expectations" signals impending layoffs; those affected will be terminated without severance, while others will receive severance and insurance later. The Hunger Games have begun, so obtain a degree from the University of Phoenix to safeguard yourself.
