Outsourcing never provides the same end result, we can’t even communicate effectively with the outsourced groups as most have English as their 2nd or 3rd language. They only add frustration and delays to the front line while upper management touts the $$ benefits. Obviously you’ve not worked much with these folks.
I think we should outsource more if it means saving money and the end product provides the same results.p66 has way too many employees as is.
