So long as the people in power can decide to give themselves more money/power/whatever the system will always be a sham. Even if they don't give themselves extra double bonuses they'll just buy another jet or three as a perk. No matter what happens none of it will benefit shareholders and certainly not employees.
Not funny, and I doubt anyone is annoyed by your act at this point. Personally I empathize with your internal anger.
That's an outrage! What's the point of me working my you-know-what off to become AVP if there are no bonuses???!!!
