As long as AW is in charge, it can get worse.
He tries to come off as thoughtful and humble but the recent disasters have forced him into either admitting he did a poor job or defending his "vision" and scapegoating the environment.

He chose the latter because he really thinks he that smart and it's the whole rest of healthcare that's wrong, even though he's overseen disasters and disastrous responses left and right due to poor foresight and failing strategies.

They never apologized. They never acknowledged the real consequences their decision make on peoples lives. Their response was more denials. Until they take responsibility there will never be a change to their reputation. It's really sad that they are in such a unique position to be a force of good in our country due to scale but instead have decided to act in their own best interests.

You’ll never get your reputation back, UHG, and it is all your fault, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Some things are more important than money. Now put THIS in your legal briefs and spin on it
