DIRA is a bonus of cash, cash/stock.
What is DIRA?
I noticed on My Total Comp page that my DIRA level for 2025 was set much lower than past years... I need to do some more research on what exactly that means in terms of possible comp, but this may be how Citi starts to cut pay without any official relevels. HR is non existant and my leader is very vague, but if my pay is potentially getting severely cut and it's not due to performance, the very least I expect is a clear explanation from HR, not a edit on a screen I discover by chance.
