When Jason Morris was the SVP of EBS, everything seemed picture-perfect and aligned with Walmart's core values. He was deeply compassionate towards every individual on his team. However, after Jason's departure, EBS has experienced disruption with the arrival of David Glick. Since then, mass layoffs have become a frequent occurrence, with no clear progress on ongoing projects. Additionally, the hiring process has shifted, as David has been bringing in people from his previous networks, placing them in domains where they are unable to make meaningful contributions.

Both SVP and VP of people tech have demonstrated a lack of credibility and professionalism, significantly hindering the go-live of the SAP payroll modernization project. Despite their actions stalling business progress, they are now attempting to take credit for the hard work and contributions of the core technical payroll team members and Deloitte.
The EBS SVP is completely incompetent. Along with him, he has brought nothing but a fool's paradise.
He is the worst
