Trying to understand GM bonuses vs Ford. I know GMs is more generous, but does anyone know Fords bonus structure for every level?

If you are an HTHD GSR8 the percentage of target is comparable to 13%. But the problem is that the company multiplier is almost never above 100%. I remember one year it was 14%, and they eventually bumped it to 50% so it didn’t look like a complete joke. Another year there was the GSR 54% vs. management 135% chaos, and eventually they bumped to 108% (meanwhile all the executives reduced to 108%)
Ford is more humane I agree, the bump of the bonus is an example. Most articles on the homepage are open for employee comment, and chat box is open (all visible) during townhalls.
Anyday GM is way better. I have family working in Ford.

Meant to say downvoted, not downloaded. If you want to download me, that's gross. Lol
I have been around over the years working for suppliers and for two OEMs. You will most definitely make less money, work harder, drive further, and be less respected and valued outside the gates at general motors. It's just a fact. You might not like hearing it. You might not believe me. But from where I'm coming from this is the truth. The grass is definitely not greener anywhere else. For all the hand ringing that we hear on this site, this is a major contradiction so I expect to be downloaded for saying it. But it's my truth. Take it or leave it.
Nah, Ford bonuses for non-supervisory folks su-k. As a GSR8 (above which is first line supervision, aka, LL6) engineer, my annual bonus target is a paltry $10K. And it was just announced that would be multiplied by 69% corporate-wide due to shtty performance (fck you J.F.). Then comes your personal performance multiplier, which is another percentage of that. Last year my performance multiplier was 96%. So, hypothetically, this year's bonus, payable sometime in March 2025, is $10,000 x 0.69 x 0.96 = $6624. If you elected cash (and most people do), there will be a minimum withholding of 22%. So that big fat juicy Ford bonus check comes out to $5166.72. Not impressive by any means, but better than nothing I guess. [p.s. The grass is not any greener in Dearborn.]
Part of getting quality information is asking in the appropriate place.
what do you want to know? GM pays higher but Ford is more humane and they wont let people go as the way GM does. I worked 10 years there and now at GM
A good place to ask would be the Ford forum.
