All this talk about Unions and Strikes. Never gonna happen. People in general are selfish. They want to keep their paychecks and comfortable lives regardless of how deep they are drowning in their own struggles or messes. Many people rather drown their sorrows in alcohol instead of facing their real lives.
And even people who aren't, aren't going to risk their jobs. Especially en masse.
Talk of revolts is a waste of time. Will never happen. What are you gonna do, ask 10K people to stop working or risk their jobs? Come up realistic solutions, these fantasies are silly.
I would recommend revamping Director roles in general across the board. Keep them honest. Form petitions. I think that's a good starting point. But more feedback is welcome.
