I’m guessing those calling for a union don’t work at Dell. If they do all I can say is; If you want a union then get off your butt and organize. Unions take a lot of work and sacrifice, they don’t just show up.
It isn’t like the 19th and early 20th century where the oligarchs hired Pinkerton thugs to brutally as--ult organizers but you still can lose your livelihood and have trouble getting hired elsewhere.
Again - get going. But do you have the guts to do it.

I work at dell and hope for u unionize as we did (phase2).
Do you think it was easy? key is exactly union, and everyone at same time. it's strategy.
I really hope you do that.
I work at dell, i broke nerves and yelled on the big boss on Teams because i felt reamly offended.....
and yet I feel "somehow" safe..
I'm really feeling guilty to be in a phase 2 country. it sounded hatsh, but wtf.... they also hid it to us... i thought WFR was "waiting for requester" since last week.
I need to vent
If it's happening in HOP, don't forget about FRK!
you 'think' you have 35 people. You need to 'know' that you have alot more than that.
Talking to friends here in hopt.. think we have about 35 people from isg that would join a union
In the US the liberals are jumping up and down with glee because of Union activism. The successes have been mostly in jobs that aren’t meant to be careers. Like Starbucks baristas. So far the only benefit to paying dues is to the SEICU thugs sitting in their luxury offices, more concerned with hiring relatives and schmoozing with politicians.
Most of the core jobs at Dell are easily moved.to other countries or to contractors. So, tread lightly and be prepared to walk. Also, people with six figure incomes and luxury cars don’t get a lot of sympathy from the media.
We have unionised in Spain and it's giving us a lot of protection and a load of costly headaches for MSD!
