@jd+1jkktnw68 I think upper management would describe the ideal state as there being no line managers, only a limited number of middle managers, then upper management.
Kind of like The Fifth Element, but without the flying taxies or Chris Tucker.

More like AI manager.
Amazon has AI tracking everyone in the facility, and has always monitored their computers. They have even got the camera system tied in.
By the looks of it that is the new standard at least for larger tech companies.
As they remove managers they are replacing at least that aspect of what managers did with AI.
These system enable the company HR to rate each employee individually and identify the bottom performers.
It's like an automated of the old GE performance monitoring system of Rank and Yank., as if anyone really wanted Jack Welch to be turned into a bot.
Prayer circle for CEO!
You don't need CEO. Ask chatGPT for advice. That's what the new CEO will do anyways on first day in office but get millions in compensation! That's the difference.
To tell the truth, I think that may be the best and most economical choice.
What the heck is AI CEO now ?
Good choice. He will cleanup the bloated (VPs, PEs, Senior PEs, Fellows, Directors, Senior Directors etc) and arrogant Oregon TD+IFS, Chandler Packaging and useless CPU (Atom, Xeon), GPU, DCAI teams
Deep Seek?
This will save millions of dollars every year and just put a broken robot in the office
Let me guess: it’s from xAI.
(DC)AI?
Will the AI CEO be benevolent or more of a Terminator type?
I, for one, welcome our new AI overlords.
