They will go to 5 days RTO and lost people initially. Then they will lose the people that work is piled upon. Those of us in talent hubs will have options. 4 days was bad enough. 5 may be a deal breaker. This is 2025. Glad Frank is leaving. Maybe Rosman and Manchester can go too...

It's the 9 hours and Sapience causing folks to leave. The 5 days is the last straw. Constant spying and mandating you be chained to your desk. It's ridiculous. I can't believe anyone would choose to stay at such a place.
Legal will be legal…highly doubt they are leaving
